All transfers will be packaged securely and posted, along with application instructions, as quickly as possible usually within one business day.

Domestic dispatch in the UK is by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Post as selected at checkout. Whilst delivery is not guaranteed, this will often result in UK deliveries within one day of posting for 1st Class and 3 business days for 2nd Class. 

International dispatch is either via International Standard or International Tracked as selected at checkout. International deliveries are subject to customs delays and may take several weeks to arrive. This is unfortunately out of our hands. Please note that any local customs duties or sales taxes are the purchasers responsibility.

All orders with a value greater than £50 are required to be sent using a tracked delivery service.
