Product Description
We try and ensure that the product descriptions are as accurate as possible and that photographs used depict the products as clearly as possible. The website is kept as up-to-date as possible. If there is anything you are unsure of please email sales@blacksquaredecals.co.uk and we will clarify the information.
All Items are subject to availability. If, during processing, we discover that we cannot complete the order for any unforeseen reason, we will contact you to advise you of any delay and offer the option of cancellation of the order and refund if necessary. Because we produce our own decals most issues can be resolved in a few days.
If purchasing multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the situation.
Price Policy
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT and are payable in Sterling. Prices quoted in the web site in foreign currencies are derived from the Sterling price at a daily exchange rate. This information should only be used as a guide and there is no commitment to sell at quoted currency prices.
If we identify a pricing error in any order we reserve the right to cancel the order and withdraw the product from sale. The sale contract between Black Square Decals and the buyer is only formed once we have dispatched the order, any prior confirmation emails or communication is simply acknowledgement of the order.
Orders and Delivery
When purchasing multiple items, subsequent items ordered are sent free of charge.
UK orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail. European and Worldwide orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard.
Orders will be sent to the address specified by you at the time of ordering.
If an orders is required for a specific date, we recommend ordering well in advance to avoid any disappointment as postage delays are out of our control.
Customs
When ordering goods Black Square Decals for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Black Square Decals, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the website. Goods will not be shipped untill full payment has been received.
Payment is automatically authorised online and your credit/debit card will be charged when the order is accepted.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If, in the unlikely event that your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective, you must inform us as soon as is practically possible, and in any event no later than 14 days after discovery. Failure to do so will deem that you have accepted the goods. The goods must be unmodified and unused, have been properly stored, installed and maintained.
